About Us

About LetsGetOutdoors

LetsGetOutdoors was built around one simple belief: time outside matters.

We are a family-owned and operated online outdoor retailer focused on reliable, performance-ready gear for hiking, camping, watersports, travel, and everyday exploration. We select products with purpose — built for durability, functionality, and real use in real environments.

Our family has logged thousands of miles together — from mountain summits to alpine lakes to cross-country road adventures. We value gear that performs when it counts, and we partner with brands and authorized distributors who share that standard.

What We Prioritize

  • Trusted brands with proven performance
  • Practical gear that earns its place in your pack
  • Clear communication and responsive support
  • A straightforward, professional buying experience

Brand Partnerships & MAP

We work with respected brands and authorized distributors to offer authentic products and consistent support. When a brand maintains Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) guidelines, we honor those policies to protect product value and ensure a fair, reliable marketplace for customers.

When you purchase outdoor equipment, you are investing in experiences — not just products. Whether you are preparing for your next summit, family camping trip, fishing weekend, or daily training hike, we aim to provide gear you can depend on.

If you ever need assistance, our team is available to help with product questions, order support, or recommendations.

Thank you for trusting Lets Get Outdoors as part of your adventure.

Where It Started

0

We started them hiking early — because time outside matters.

That decision shaped our family. Since then, we’ve hiked Yosemite’s Half Dome together (three times, beginning when the kids were 7 and 6), along with Upper Yosemite Falls and Clouds Rest. In Lake Tahoe, we’ve summited Mt. Tallac, and in Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Mt. LeConte.

The outdoors isn’t just something we sell — it’s how we live.
